The Consortium for Trade and Development (Centad) takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, the Foundation will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send the foundation a written request for a refund within 1 days of making the donation to the Consortium for Trade and Development (Centad) official address or email centad@centad.org along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.

Information that we collect from you will vary depending upon the activity you seek to engage in and may include your name, email address, phone number, mobile number, home address, birth date, and credit card information. In addition, we may collect demographic information such as gender, information about your computer, hardware, software, platform, media, Internet Protocol (IP) address and connection, information about online activity such as feature usage and click paths and other data that you may provide in surveys or online profiles. We may combine demographic information with Personal Information to tailor our offerings or web pages to your preferences or interests.

We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfil the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.

We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors or users and as and when necessary to enforce our terms of services.
