Only skill development programs can bridge the gap between them and ensure that the student will have the required skill set as per the requirement of the industry. Promote acquisition by all learners of relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for work and entrepreneurship as well as skills and competencies that replace rote learning and allow them to be more creative and innovative, to think critically, to communicate effectively, to solve problems independently, and to be able to contribute to the national development process.

Skills are required to define one’s ability and this ability is the sole reason behind the successful implementation of plans.
Each individual on this planet has some skill or unique talent and life are all about discovering that one X factor within yourself.
